No, at this time our adoption area is Tampa Bay, FL and surrounding counties.

• Under 6mos = $300
• 6 mos – 8 years = $250
• Over 8 years (senior) = $200
• Seniors Adopting Seniors = $100

So, for our pups, we offer a “Trial Adoption” option, so that you can get to know the dog a bit better before making that final decision. This is a wonderful option for you if you need some extra time, and for our dogs who will have the opportunity to show off their best selves! If it is not the right fit, don’t worry, the dog is able to come right back into our foster program.

We do not have a physical facility and operate entirely out of foster homes in the Tampa, Florida area.

We are 100% volunteer-based and have zero paid staff. All our volunteers work full-time jobs and have lives and families of their own, so we ask for your patience in hearing from us. The best way to contact us is to email at [email protected]!

Because we require a home visit as part of our process, we are only able to complete local adoptions. We adopt to Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, Polk and Pasco Counties.  We appreciate your understanding

Unfortunately we don not have a facility and are 100% foster based. All of our animals are in loving homes. Our first step in this process would be to fill out an application for the dog you are interested in and a volunteer will be in touch with you. 

Each dog or cat will come fully vaccinated, microchipped, altered, some food to transition and one month of heartworm prevention. They will also have a SCF name tag that will need to remain on them until the adoption is finalized. Some will bring their favorite blanket or toy as well.
